We found our bearings in the year 2004. But our history goes back even further, precisely to the year 1980s when Mr. Ramesh and Mrs. Sarita began their culinary journey with Queen’s Tandoor in Jakarta, Indonesia. As both the restaurant and Bali emerged as a popular wedding destination among the Indian community in the early 2000s, Mr. Puneet Malhotra and Mrs. Neeta Ramchand Dulara joined forces with Mr. Ramesh and Mrs. Sarita to establish Queen’s Tandoor in Bali in 2004.

About Owner

Puneet Malhotra, along with his wife Neeta Ramchand Dulara, are the brains behind Queen's Tandoor, Bali.

Puneet serves as the company's Director and co-owns the Queen's Tandoor chain of restaurants in Bali. With a background in hotel management from esteemed establishments like Hyatt and Le Meridien, Puneet brings a wealth of experience to the table. Together with Mr. Ramesh and Mrs. Sarita, the dynamic young couple launched Queens Group in Bali, aiming to bring a touch of luxury and expertise from their five-star hotel backgrounds to the dining scene.

Neeta Ramchand Dulara is the founder and president of BIFA, an award-winning organization focused on strengthening cultural bonds. A fifth-generation Indonesian of Indian heritage, Neeta hails from Bali. Since 2008, she has actively championed BIFA's mission, playing a key role in its growth and impact.

Puneet and Neeta's dedication and exceptional leadership have been instrumental in the success of the Queen's Tandoor chain of restaurants. Queen Group has received numerous awards and accolades in the past, with much of the credit attributed to the hard work of Puneet and Mrs. Neeta Malhotra. Their goal is to set new standards of culinary excellence in Bali.

Beginning: The Queen's group began its journey in the 1980s in Jakarta before expanding to Bali in 2004.

Founders in Bali: Mr. Ramesh and Mrs. Sarita led the operations in Bali initially.

First Venue: The flagship restaurant, 'Queen's Tandoor,' debuted in central Seminyak, Bali in 2004.

Second Venue: The second branch was launched at the Bali Dynasty Resort in Kuta in 2008

Third Venue: The third branch was inaugurated in the luscious landscape of Tanjong Benoa Nusa Dua

Fourth Venue: The fourth branch was initiated in Ubud opposite Ubud Royal Palace in 2012.

Fifth Venue: Recently Queens Group ventured into the vibrant pub life of Bali with Q- Lounge, a progressive Indian cuisine & cocktail bar in Seminyak in 2023.
