We found our bearings in the year 2004. But our history goes back even further, precisely to
the year 1986 when Mr. Ramesh and Mrs. Sarita began their culinary journey with Queens of
India in Jakarta, Indonesia. As both the restaurant and Bali as a wedding destination gained
popularity among the Indian community, Queen’s Tandoor was born in Bali in 2004. With its
delectable menu and proficient team, Queens swiftly expanded, solidifying its status as the
epitome of fine Indian dining on the island. Today, you can find Queen’s Tandoor in Nusa
Dua, Seminyak, Kuta, and Ubud in Bali.
Currently, the restaurant is run by Mr. Puneet & Ms. Neeta Malhotra who have elevated the Queens to new heights of success.
The idea for ' Why Not A Queen’s Restaurant In Bali’ soon came into existence and on November 8, 2004, Queen’s Tandoor, a fine Indian dining & catering restaurant officially opened its doors in Bali. With its bespoke & scrumptious Indian food menu along with a dedicated team of talented Indian chefs & courteous staff, Queen’s Tandoor soon expanded its subsequent branches in Kuta, Tanjung Benoa Nusa Dua, and Ubud, becoming the reigning monarch in Indian food in all the key tourist hubs of Bali!
