Moumita Bhaumik (Head Chef)

Celebrity Chef Moumita, boasting over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, has established herself as a culinary authority. With qualifications in hotel management, catering technology, and an MBA in Tourism, she has honed her skills at prestigious establishments including The Lalit Group, The Taj, and Egg Factory, rising through the ranks from Jr. Sous Chef to Corporate Chef QSR.

Moumita, who is the head chef at Queen’s Tandoor chain of restaurants in Bali is a frequent face on popular TV culinary shows on channel Zee. Passionate about molecular gastronomy, she hosts workshops and competitions and oversees Windsor Bakery, a student-run initiative. Committed to social causes, Moumita organizes theme-based food festivals and cooks for the underprivileged. Recognized for her efforts, she received the "Best Hotel Management Institute" award at the Lions Club Gurukul Education Awards 2019.

Balbir Singh (Curry Chef)

Chef Balbir Singh brings over 15 years of culinary expertise to his role as a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Indian cuisine at Queen's Tandoor restaurant. Hailing from Uttarakhand in North India, Singh got his first training as a chef from his mother who taught him to make Indian sweet dishes- Gajar Halwa & Sooji Halwa. With a rich background that includes prestigious positions at renowned establishments such as Moet's, Park Plaza, and Landmark President, Chef Balbir has honed his skills and mastered the art of creating exquisite Indian dishes. His passion for culinary innovation and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences make him an invaluable asset to Queen's Tandoor, where he continues to delight guests with his culinary creations and expertise in the vibrant flavours of Indian cuisine.

Salaluddin Ahmed (Curry Chef)

Chef Sallaludin Ahemd, originally from Aurangabad, India, brings over 25 years of extensive culinary experience to his role as a Indian Sous Chef at Queen's Tandoor in Bali. With a diverse background spanning prestigious establishments such as Aurangabad Gymkhana Club, Udai Samudrai Kerala, Chances Casino Goa, and Uday Sky Kitchen & Uday Suites Trivandrum, Chef Sallaludin has honed his skills in Indian cuisine, South Indian cuisine, and Continental cuisine. His exceptional talent and dedication to culinary excellence have been recognized through notable achievements, including catering for VVIPs such as Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi during the election campaign in Trivandrum 2014, as well as preparing flight meals for Congress Leaders Srimati Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi during the same election year. Chef Sallaludin's passion for creating exquisite dishes and his ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences make him an invaluable member of the culinary team at Queen's Tandoor.

Singh followed his lifelong passion for cooking and started his professional training at the young age of 20 and was mentored by the popular Chef Gulab Singh. Reliable bartender with over 5 years of professional experience serving drinks at multiple bars. Liquor, beer and wine expert with a proven track record of success in satisfying customers and serving drinks quickly and accurately. A candidate who combines excellent organization with strong multitasking and customer service skills, while prioritizing communication with customers as well as other staff. Been arround to thailand, singapore, malaysia to do bar take over in several bars there to introduce the shady group. Doing bar set up in few bar in bali and changes menu for few bar in bali , with its own characteristics such as performing sousvide, fat washed, clarified, infusion, distillation techniques.

Brandon Venter (F&B Manager)

Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise by managing operations for both small and large-scale restaurants, as well as 5 star hotels, As the food and beverage manager at a renowned five-star hotel, I was responsible for supervising daily operations, creating and implementing budgets, designing menus, and maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.

My experience has also equipped me with strong leadership abilities, as I have effectively managed teams of up to 80+ staff members while fostering a positive and motivating work environment. This has resulted in significant improvements in employee engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction, ultimately reflecting in enhanced customer experiences.
